Akkodis is seeking a skilled Information Security Manager to support the Regional Chief Security Officer and the Senior Information Security Manager in defining the Cyber Defense Strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset, with a focus on the organization's best interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and periodically update policy and process frameworks.
- Manage security tools, including vulnerability scanners, policy compliance, source code scanners, and cloud security monitoring tools.
- Define and maintain security KPIs and KRIs, presenting results to internal and external committees.
- Govern SOC deliverables and ensure they meet established KPIs.
- Mentor Security Analysts in alerts and investigations.
- Ensure SOC monitoring covers all operations and infrastructure from a security perspective.
- Support risk management, particularly in third-party risk assurance and assessment functions.
- Lead the implementation of complex projects related to Information Security and Cyber Defense.
- Collaborate on strategic deliverables to enhance protection around critical assets, focusing on data loss prevention and identity and access management.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to Cyber Defense and SOC.
- Lead Cyber Defense Governance initiatives, including committees and guidelines.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity.
- Expert knowledge of information and data security principles.
- Strong understanding of Information Technology (Applications, Architectures, Networking, Infrastructures).
- Management and leadership skills, with an ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Familiarity with International Information Security Standards (ISO 27001, CIS, NIST).
Desirable Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, GPEN, GCIH.
- Any cloud specialization (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Security – Specialty) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations impacting Cybersecurity.
