Node JS Developer

About the Job:
Synechron is seeking an experienced Node JS Developer with a minimum of 7 years of experience. The role involves developing scalable and highly-available Restful APIs using NodeJS technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in TypeScript, performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring, as well as experience with distributed services ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of NodeJS applications.
• Performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring of applications.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL and CI/CD principles.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• API gateway integration and understanding of authentication methods (Rest, JWT, OAuth).
• Experience with task/message queues like AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Kafka.
• Adhering to coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.
• Participation in Agile methodologies and ensuring quality in technical architecture.

Technical Skills Required:

• 5+ years of coding experience in NodeJS, JavaScript, and Databases.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in TypeScript.
• Experience in Banking, Financial, and Fintech sectors is preferred.

Soft Skills Required:

• Ability to influence multiple teams and enhance productivity through expertise.
• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously and collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to present ideas to senior and executive management.
