Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the successful implementation of SAP Solutions for clients and other consulting services.
- Analyze the client’s requirements and propose appropriate solutions and realizations.
- Support clients in their transformation journey through design and implementation.
- Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes.
- Manage risk, quality, timeline, and budget of the SAP implementation.
Key Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
- SAP implementation experience in one or multiple areas such as SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Finance, SAP Supply Chain, Integration, Development, Data & SAP Analytics.
- Motivated to deliver a stream from program initiation through explore realization, cutover, and go live.
- Utilized the Activate methodology.
- Ability to build valued relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, especially fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Good presentation skills and ability to respond promptly.
- Must be a team player with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
