Position

Are you passionate about changing the world through machine learning and location intelligence? If yes, then it’s the right time to join our team! With the IoT revolution and the exponential growth of mapping and location data, location is becoming critically important. We aim to enable organizations to move beyond basic visualization and analytics, using advanced data extraction to predict significant events and automate their workflows through AI and machine learning.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and collaborative individual with hands-on experience in statistical analysis, machine learning, predictive analytics, and software engineering, as well as a passion for location intelligence. You will help us build top-tier predictive location analytics solutions for our customers in over 160 countries. The position is based in Saudi Arabia as a full-time hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult closely with customers to understand their needs.
  • Develop and pitch data science solutions that address business problems using machine learning and other advanced analytics approaches.
  • Build high-quality analytics systems that provide solutions using data mining, statistics, and machine learning techniques.
  • Write clean, collaborative, and version-controlled code for processing big and streaming data from various sources.
  • Perform feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter optimization for high predictive accuracy, deploying models in cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments.
  • Implement best practices for geospatial machine learning and develop reusable technical components for demonstrations and rapid prototyping.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in machine and deep learning and integrate them into project deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Python for data science and deep learning.
  • Experience in optimizing supervised and unsupervised machine learning models, including deep learning techniques.
  • Fundamental understanding of mathematical and machine learning concepts (calculus, back propagation, ReLU, Bayes’ theorem, Random Forests, time series analysis, etc.).
  • Experience in applied statistics.
  • Ability to perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple sources.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like matplotlib.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, physics, or a similar field.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with tools such as Git, Pytorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA/GPU programming.
  • Experience with DevOps/MLOps using Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge in handling massive batch/streaming data using big data tools (e.g., Apache Spark).
  • Experience interacting with AWS, Azure, or other cloud services.
  • Experience building reinforcement learning models.
  • Familiarity with spatial and GIS concepts, preferably using Esri software.
  • Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, physics, or a similar field.
