Position

The Manager, Solution & Technology Architecture (CRM Solutions) is responsible for designing and developing Cloud Native Solutions, particularly in the domain of CRM solutions such as Salesforce and MS Dynamics. This role ensures that the solution designs conform to architectural standards, business requirements, budgets, and the Digital, Technology & Architecture strategy.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work within Value Streams as part of projects or agile delivery teams to develop solution and technology designs, establish standards, and build architectural runways.
  • Collaborate closely with Technology & Architecture teams to ensure alignment with technology roadmap and business capabilities.
  • Implement solution and technology architecture standards, governance, and principles effectively within Value Streams using the Etihad Architecture Frameworks and Tools.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of solution architecture in both agile and waterfall delivery frameworks, fostering innovation and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with the enterprise’s future state architecture and DTI strategy in developed solution and technology architecture assets.
  • Provide consultation to product and project delivery teams on utilizing new or existing technologies for business initiatives and innovation.
  • Define and develop architecture value accelerators, patterns, and standards to align with enterprise-wide architecture.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in solutions architecture within complex IT environments; experience in the Airline industry is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
  • One or more certifications in Solutions and/or Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, SAFe Architect, Open Certified Architect) is desirable.
  • Proven experience in cloud-native solutions and CRM solutions architecture, focusing on business strategy alignment.
  • Experience in driving customer engagement through standardized approaches in both agile and waterfall methodologies.

Language Requirements:

  • English proficiency is required; additional languages may be advantageous.

Location and Work Conditions:
On-site, Full-time in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
