Manager - Analytics & Insight - Marketing & Digital P&S

About the Job:
The Manager - Analytics & Insight will contribute to the development of an analytics strategy by crafting detailed reports and analyses that effectively communicate data insights and foster growth in key metrics. This role leverages advanced data science techniques to provide customer and business insights that support 'Fact-Based' decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Utilizing analytical skills to translate business intelligence into actionable strategies aimed at maximizing ROI.
• Implementing sophisticated customer analytics methods to optimize benefits derived from information assets, thereby boosting revenue generation.
• Strategically planning, monitoring, and performing in-depth analysis of customer data across various dimensions including product subscriptions, campaign efficacy, demographic profiles, usage trends, and traffic distribution.
• Regularly conducting scans of the customer base to identify areas with potential for growth and increased revenue opportunities across different products and segments.
• Collaborating within the Consumer Analytics & Insights team to generate insightful recommendations for key stakeholders.
• Developing and refining Data Science models to improve predictive accuracy and provide deeper insights into consumer behavior.
• Incorporating the latest tools and techniques to deliver comprehensive analyses, improving the quality of insights provided.

Location: Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 7+ years of experience in platform development within the telecommunications or similar verticals.
