Specialist/Analytics & Insights - Consumer Sales

The Specialist in Analytics & Insights for Consumer Sales will analyze complex data sets to identify trends and provide actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency and improve overall business performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that support business decisions.
  • Conduct post-mortem reviews for various products to analyze performance, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights.
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor business performance.

• Storytelling:

  • Translate analytical findings into actionable insights that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to guide decisions.

• Automation and Process Optimization:

  • Build and implement automated reports and dashboards using Cognos and Tableau to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data accuracy, implement controls, and maintain data integrity across systems.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with teams across departments (Sales, Marketing, CVM) to identify analytics needs and provide solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and data consistency.

• Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance data quality and accessibility.
  • Disrupt traditional processes to drive innovation and change.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in analytics and insights, particularly in handling in-depth analysis within the telecommunications industry.
