Data Analytics Lead

In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence decisions on products used by millions of customers daily by solving business problems. You will hire, coach, and mentor a team of 4-5 data analysts, fostering an environment where high-quality advice, experimentation, analytics, and dashboards can flourish.

Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of data analysts.
• Identify skill and knowledge gaps within your team and provide training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Act as a strategic partner in the Marketing department to promote data-driven decision-making.
• Create and maintain standards in processes, guidance, and outputs by collaborating with other data-analytics leads.
• Partner with Data Engineering to enhance the quality, consistency, and reliability of data pipelines.
• Contribute to planning and executing Data Science & analytics initiatives.

Role Requirements:

• Experience leading a team of at least two people in a data analysis context.
• Strong business acumen and ability to deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to drive a culture of collaboration.

Note: This role does not currently sponsor visas in the EU. Candidates from Hong Kong require at least two years of work experience and a university degree in a related field.
