The Job in a Nutshell:
We are looking for a Senior Automation Testing Engineer who will thoroughly inspect our product updates before launching. You will be responsible for the quality process of our product and will work closely with the development teams throughout the product development lifecycle to define tests for functionalities and performance. You will also be responsible for the development of test frameworks, ensuring our final products meet quality standards.
What Will You Do?
- Work with software developers and project support teams to test current products, identify deficiencies, and suggest solutions.
- Investigate product quality and make improvements for better customer satisfaction.
- Regularly review testing documents, identifying critical KPIs for product quality and document results.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases; report issues through a bug-tracking system.
- Perform compatibility testing on software across various environments, including web and mobile, and run manual and automated tests.
- Provide objective feedback to software development and communicate findings to technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Prepare and present test reports and train, mentor, and supervise junior software testing engineers.
What Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Product Management, or a relevant field.
- 3+ years of recent experience in relevant work.
- ISTQB certification is a must.
- Experience in manual and automation testing (Mobile and Web).
- Proficiency with Appium, Selenium, and bug-tracking tools (JIRA, TFS, etc.).
- Experience in Agile teams and deep understanding of APIs, Web services, and HTTP protocols.
- Solid experience in Web services testing.
- Excellent command of the English language.
