Systems Engineer

About

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to work closely with a sales representative in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Systems Engineer's main mission will be to support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with the Enterprise customers.
• Ability to listen and understand the technical requirements of the customer.
• Be the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners.
• Continuously improve knowledge around Fortinet products and solutions.
• Position Fortinet solutions to customers through strong communication skills.
• Manage time effectively when working on multiple deals simultaneously.
• Maintain accurate technical information of customers and prospects in CRM system.

Requirements

• High aptitude for security technology.
• CISSP accreditation would be beneficial.
• Experience in a pre-sales engineer role.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Familiarity with security technologies such as RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, etc.
