Gen AI Engineer

Fractal is seeking a talented and passionate Gen AI Engineer to join our team and revolutionize how parents and students interact with school products, offerings, events, academic performance, and recommendations. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning to design, develop, and deploy chatbots that deliver exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI solutions using advanced LLMs like OpenAI API (GPT-3.5 Turbo, GPT-4) and frameworks such as Langchain and Haystack.
• Develop and integrate AI-based chatbots with existing systems and platforms using Azure Cloud.
• Apply MLOps/LLMOps practices for efficient chatbot development, deployment, and management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Cloud and Digital teams, Data Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure seamless chatbot integration and user adoption.
• Analyze chatbot performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• A Master's degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of experience in data science, with at least 5 years focused on developing and deploying NLP solutions, including 2 years in AI-based chatbots or conversational AI systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Spark.
• Hands-on experience with Vector DB & Graph DB, AI Search, Neo4j, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Experience working with the Azure ecosystem to deploy AI-based chatbots or conversational AI systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex language understanding and Generative AI projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
