We are seeking a talented and passionate Gen AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models) and machine learning to design, develop, and deploy chatbots that deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI solutions using advanced LLMs, including frameworks like Langchain and Haystack.
- Develop and integrate AI-based chatbots with existing systems and platforms using the Azure Cloud.
- Follow MLOps/LLMOps practices for efficient chatbot development, deployment, and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Cloud and Digital teams, Data Engineers, Project Managers, and Business stakeholders.
- Analyze chatbot performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in data science, with at least 5 years focused on developing and deploying NLP solutions, including 2 years on AI-based chatbots or conversational AI systems.
- Hands-on experience with Vector DB & Graph DB (AI Search, Neo4j).
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, SQL, and Spark.
- Experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps principles and experience working with structured and unstructured data processing methods.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience deploying AI-based chatbots following Microsoft enterprise-grade conversational bot reference architecture.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Co-pilot Studio Implementation.
