Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture (40%): Design and architect scalable AI solutions leveraging Inception’s AI Orchestrator platform.
- Technical Leadership (25%): Provide expert guidance on AI system design and mentor junior engineers.
- Stakeholder Engagement (20%): Collaborate with clients and product teams to understand requirements and implement AI solutions.
- Innovation and Development (10%): Explore new technologies to enhance AI offerings and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Documentation and Compliance (5%): Ensure compliance with standards and maintain thorough documentation of architecture and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI architecture or software design, particularly with AI platforms.
- Strong expertise in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Java.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with agent-based AI or reasoning agents.
- Knowledge of data engineering and big data processing.
- Background in a startup or fast-paced R&D environment.
