About the Job:
As a Technical Architect at Inception, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overarching architecture strategy for our AI-driven initiatives. You will collaborate across teams to align business objectives with technology strategies, drive architectural decisions, and ensure systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of transformative AI solutions.
The Opportunity:
Inception is the UAE’s national-scale enabler in AI Research and Development. Partnering with Microsoft's AI SaaS, we provide a domain-specific Agentic AI Orchestrator platform utilizing reasoning agents for precise and cost-effective services. Our work involves AI incubation, IP creation, applied AI R&D, and AI investment products, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency through tailored models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Design: Define and support the setup of a scalable, cost-effective Cloud or On-Prem for Data & ML platforms.
- Observability & Optimization: Implement strategies for monitoring, logging, and optimization of cloud and data platforms.
- CI/CD for Data & ML: Define CI/CD pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and AI model deployment.
- Data & Storage Strategy: Design data flow, ontologies, schemas, and storage strategies for various data types.
- Security & Governance: Ensure role-based access control (RBAC), data security, and compliance in workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with data engineers, ML engineers, and DevOps teams to build scalable platforms.
- Technical Leadership: Conduct feasibility analysis, define design, and provide guidance for Data & AI platforms.
Required Tech Stack:
- Programming & Development: Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and technical-level solutions.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure DevOps, and Terraform.
- Data Management: Knowledge of structured & unstructured data pipelines, Delta Lake, SQL, and NoSQL.
- ML & AI Workloads: Familiarity with model inferencing pipelines, MLOps, and data versioning.
- Microservices and Integration: Expertise in microservices architecture and APIs.
- Security and Compliance: In-depth understanding of security standards and compliance requirements.
- DevOps and Automation: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in technical architecture with Azure/On-prem services.
- Proven success in delivering large-scale, Data & AI-driven products & solutions.
- Strong background in CI/CD for data engineering and MLOps.
