Position
We are actively seeking a seasoned Senior Test Automation Engineer with exceptional skills in crafting and executing Test Automation Strategies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Test Automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, and possess a deep understanding of Jenkins. Strong communication skills, commitment to quality, and a proven track record in test framework design are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Test Automation Strategies.
- Design and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Appium.
- Contribute to the design and maintenance of robust test frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of testing requirements.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Conduct thorough test analysis, identify defects, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in test automation best practices.
Requirements
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven expertise in crafting and implementing Test Automation Strategies.
- Solid experience with Selenium test automation and framework design.
- Familiarity with mobile automation using Appium.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
- Previous experience in a Senior Test Automation Engineer role.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, particularly Jenkins.
- Proficient use of version control systems, such as GitHub.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Test Automation.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and executing comprehensive test automation initiatives.
