As an AI Developer, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Leveraging code generation capabilities to accelerate development and improve code quality.
- Researching and developing innovative AI solutions for a variety of business problems using natural language processing, computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning techniques.
- Designing and implementing scalable and robust AI pipelines, frameworks, and models to handle large volumes of data from diverse sources and formats.
- Evaluating and optimizing the performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI solutions using appropriate metrics and tools.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematical Modelling, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in Java or C++ for performance-critical tasks.
- Strong understanding of common machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with natural language processing techniques, including text processing and machine translation.
- Familiarity with AI libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Lang chain, and Keras.
- Experience using Git for version control and familiarity with GitHub Copilot for code generation assistance.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and scaling AI models is preferable.
- Strong foundation in linear algebra, probability, and statistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to identify complex problems, analyze data, and design innovative AI solutions.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and development.
