Mission:
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and network devices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual for our Datacenter.
- Receive and unpack servers in the shipping bay.
- Shift equipment to the datacenter floor.
- Install and maintain servers, switches, PDUs, and other rack equipment.
- Manage the inventory of all Datacenter equipment.
- Perform advanced cabling skills in racks (C2C).
- Execute Linux command lines and troubleshoot general rack and node failures.
- Provide final test sign-off of racks.
Responsibilities & Outcomes:
- Install, configure, and maintain data center infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including monitoring temperature and humidity levels.
- Collaborate to ensure seamless integration of data center systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
- Ensure compliance with data center standards, policies, and procedures.
Ideal Candidates Have/Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data center operations.
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure.
- Experience with data center management software.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with scripting languages, virtualization technologies, and cloud computing platforms.

Compensation:
Groq offers a competitive base salary as part of a comprehensive compensation package, including equity and benefits. The base salary range for this role is 144,000 SAR to 204,000 SAR, determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and internal benchmarks.
