About the Job:
HALCON is a regional and international leader specializing in next-generation Weapons Systems and Robotics Expertise. We are seeking a Principal Electronic Warfare Engineer who will play a key role in developing Electronic Warfare hardware and software, drawing expertise from product development in real-time signal processing, radar systems, and embedded software.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Review product concept designs to ensure high mission success probability.
  • Assess developmental product functional specifications to confirm performance requirements.
  • Oversee the development of algorithms for electronic warfare solutions.
  • Design structures for Electronic Warfare (EW) systems integrating hardware and software.
  • Create secure embedded systems with a focus on cybersecurity protocols, including encryption and secure boot procedures.
  • Develop and implement digital firmware, FPGA programming for real-time systems, emphasizing innovation in design, testing, and evaluation.
  • Formulate algorithms for signal detection, identification, and jamming, focusing on adaptive filtering and electronic attack techniques.
  • Supervise the testing of algorithms in simulation environments to predict system performance.
  • Mentor junior engineers in electronic warfare techniques and technologies.
  • Advise management on the future direction of electronic warfare systems.

Experience & Education Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Electronics & Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in electronic warfare and cybersecurity systems development.

Key Skills:

  • Interface with project management teams and manage electronic warfare systems development.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers in relevant technologies.
  • Understand radar and missile systems' employment and processing capabilities.
  • Develop simulation models and software architecture.
