Help AG Overview
Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Security Consultant – Hyperscalers who will be responsible for creating success with Hyperscalers, particularly with Microsoft. This role requires continuous evangelization of Help AG’s focus on Hyperscalers and entails spearheading all engagement activities, particularly in the areas of Threat Management, Cloud Security, and the Purview suite for Microsoft. The successful candidate will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, establishing and managing strong relationships with Help AG's strategic Hyperscale partners.
The Security Consultant – Hyperscalers will play a critical role in ensuring the security of client environments by designing, implementing, and maintaining security solutions that focus on Microsoft cloud technologies such as Azure Cloud, GCP, AWS, and Office 365. Responsibilities include the administration, maintenance, and integration of Microsoft Azure Sentinel, M365, and Intune for security operations. The role, based in Dubai, UAE, will serve as the Delivery Subject Matter Expert for MS Azure Sentinel and its various applications, providing technical engineering, assessments, and recommendations related to real-time security and operational network management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the engagement within the MS Delivery Practice at Help AG, collaborating with multiple teams.
- Work alongside the Hyperscalers Department Head to drive portfolio development and create standardized offerings.
- Act as the primary Security Consultant for Threat Management and Cloud Security, in collaboration with Microsoft, Google, and internal stakeholders.
- Enhance service delivery capabilities by identifying automation and integration opportunities.
- Deliver projects, workshops, assessments, and other professional services.
- Engage proactively with customers to drive business development.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects through early engagement with clients and vendor partners.
- Provide periodic updates on project pipelines and discuss any challenges with the Hyperscalers Department Head.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Azure Security Engineer Associate and Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
- Additional certifications like CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) are desirable.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities to address complex security issues.
