Help AG, an e& enterprise company, is seeking a talented and experienced Software Development Specialist. This role involves the development and maintenance of the company’s software systems on Azure Cloud and/or Oracle Cloud. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development of bespoke customer-facing applications and the migration of on-prem and legacy solutions into Microsoft/Oracle Clouds.
Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the software delivery team to execute SDLC processes, including analyzing requirements, designing solutions, implementing software code, testing, deploying, and troubleshooting.
- Working closely with internal cybersecurity experts, business owners, and developers to improve software requirements that add value and enhance efficiency.
- Managing various internal development projects with a structured approach and maintaining professional documentation in Git.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer/Engineer, with a graduate degree in computer science, statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
- Proficiency in software development design and architecture best practices.
- Strong experience with:
- Frontend technologies: Angular, React, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Backend technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Node.js
- Datastores: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, RabbitMQ
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
- Cloud services: Azure Cloud, Oracle Cloud, AWS Cloud (optional)
- Scripting: Bash, Python
- Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases.
- Familiarity with integration across various data sources and systems (e.g., SIEM, ITSM, ERP, CRM, HCM).
- Experience with REST APIs and NoSQL datastores.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work within cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
