Infrastructure Engineer

As an Infrastructure Engineer in Managed Services, you will join a global team of experienced Application and Infrastructure engineers. This role offers an opportunity to enhance your analysis and troubleshooting skills while collaborating across various disciplines.

Location: Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and review system/cloud logs to diagnose issues reported by monitoring tools or clients.
• Utilize platforms such as Jira Service Desk and Microsoft Teams for communication with clients and team members regarding findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients on infrastructure improvements and resolve errors and incidents on a per-ticket basis.
• Educate yourself on diverse client environments and infrastructure platforms to provide immediate solutions and strategic recommendations.
• Gain experience with tools and technologies such as Vercel, Netlify, Sitecore, Coveo, Solr, Contentful, Order Cloud, Azure Cloud, and AWS.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation with other team members.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing Cloud/Self Hosted Infrastructure.
• At least 3 years of experience in Azure Cloud and/or AWS Cloud.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other code repository tools is advantageous.
• Experience with Sitecore or CMS platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of Vercel or Netlify is also a plus.
