HP Software Technical Consultant

HP is seeking a Software Technical Consultant who will lead the design of complex, innovative, and strategic solutions to address unique customer challenges and align with the organization's long-term goals. The successful candidate will foster deep and strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and influencing their business decisions.

Location: Riyadh Region (Hybrid)
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time
Languages Required: Fluent in either French or Spanish and English

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and develop scalable SaaS solutions.
• Design and architect end-to-end solutions that meet the technical, functional, and business requirements of clients.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.
• Deliver compelling presentations to executive-level customers, articulating the value of the organization’s solutions in alignment with customer goals.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-profile customers, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and growth.
• Lead the design and implementation of intricate integrations with third-party solutions.
• Tackle complex technical challenges and unexpected customer issues with innovative problem-solving skills.
• Contribute to high-impact initiatives that drive revenue growth or enhance customer experience.
• Identify potential risks associated with complex solutions and develop mitigation strategies.
• Organize innovation workshops to address customer challenges and create novel solutions.
• Act as a mentor to junior team members, guiding their professional growth and fostering a culture of excellence.

Education & Experience:

• Recommended Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience (6 years) in a Solutions Architect or similar role in the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, particularly AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Proficiency in AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud (GCP), and cloud services.
• Strong background in API, customer success management, ETL, and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
