About the Job:
The HP Software Technical Consultant will lead the design of complex, innovative, and strategic solutions that address unique customer challenges while aligning with the organization's long-term goals. The role includes fostering deep relationships with key customers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to influence business decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with product managers and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into scalable SaaS solutions.
- Designing and architecting end-to-end solutions that meet the technical, functional, and business requirements of clients.
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.
- Delivering presentations to executive-level customers, articulating the value proposition of the organization's solutions.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans for high-profile customers, coordinating with sales teams to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
- Leading the design and implementation of intricate integrations with third-party solutions.
- Tackling complex technical challenges and unexpected customer issues with innovative problem-solving skills.
- Leading high-impact initiatives to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, or enhance customer experience.
- Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them for successful project outcomes.
- Organizing innovation workshops to explore new solutions for customer challenges.
- Mentoring junior team members to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Education & Experience:
- Recommended Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (6 years) as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, particularly AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
