HungerStation is seeking an IT Application Support Administrator to assist in maintaining and managing IT infrastructure, which includes servers, networks, and storage. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure high levels of availability and security.
- Performing routine system maintenance tasks such as software updates, patches, and backups.
- Providing first-level technical support to internal teams by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assisting in deploying and configuring new systems and hardware (desktops, servers, network equipment, etc.).
- Monitoring network and system alerts and responding promptly to potential issues.
- Documenting procedures, processes, and configurations for internal use.
- Collaborating with IT and operations teams to enhance systems and processes.
What You Need to be Successful:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an IT System/Application/Support Administrator.
- Experience administering and managing applications such as Microsoft Dynamics ERP and Kissflow.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer/Science/Technology or a related field.
- Proficiency with Windows Servers (AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, DFS, WSUS, RDS, Print Server, File Server).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite), Okta, and SailPoint IIQ Antivirus (Sentinel-one or Symantec EP protection).
- Preferred Certification: MCITP/MSCE, MCSD, or related certification.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
