As a Digital Sales Technical Specialist within IBM Security Threat Management, you will serve as the technical point of entry to leading solutions that assist clients in addressing the challenges of cloud security, advanced threats, compliance, privacy, and mobile and remote security. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary security expert on your team.
- Providing early sales technical support, including demos and workshops.
- Collaborating with IBM sales teams and specialists.
- Communicating the value of your brand compared to competitors.
- Building trust and expertise across digital platforms.
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- Five or more years of experience in customer technical support, working with clients to provide security solutions insight.
- Strong technical understanding of the following solutions:
- QRadar SOAR + Add-on + App Store
- QRadar SIEM + Add-on + App Store (DSM, APIs, UBA)
- QRadar Suites + UAX
- QRadar Appliances (xx05,29,48, 1900)
- QRadar EDR Hosting and Connectors
- Ability to search, locate, and apply technical solutions using IBM's online knowledge centers.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English and other European languages.
- Solid organizational skills with a focus on meeting project deadlines.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively in an independent and team environment.
The successful candidate will excel in analyzing and translating business requirements into security controls, developing security policies, and implementing a security management cycle. Experience in balancing security measures with client organizational culture and ecosystem will be key.
