As a Sales Development Representative (Digital Sales Specialist) within IBM Automation, you will work for a leader in AI-Powered products. Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative, you will become a trusted expert within your team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate Deal Closure Forecasting: Successfully forecast client deal closures and effectively communicate relevant information to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Sell Opportunity Identification: Assist the team in pinpointing cross-selling opportunities within your territory.
  • Collaboration on New Business Campaigns: Work with IBM to initiate new business campaigns.
  • Use-Case and Proof of Concept Design: Develop use-cases and proofs of concept to respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) from clients.
  • High-Level Value Propositions: Co-create and present high-level value propositions to clients.

Requirements

  • Consultative Technology Sales: Demonstrated experience in consultative technology sales for complex use-cases.
  • Proficiency in Digital Sales Tools: High proficiency in digital sales tools and techniques.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to use data effectively for business decisions and desired outcomes.
  • Self-Motivated: Internally driven to exceed quotas while working independently.
  • Technical Curiosity: Strong business acumen with a willingness to learn.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • SDR Experience: At least 4 years of Sales Development Representative experience at a SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with Tools: Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and outreach tools like Groove.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Automation Market Expertise: Experience and expertise within the automation market, establishing trust with clients as a valued advisor (training on IBM’s offerings will be provided).
