Your Role and Responsibilities
- Software development is critical to the success of IBM and our clients worldwide.
- Use the latest software development tools, techniques, and approaches.
- Work with leading minds in the industry to build solutions.

- Looking for seasoned professionals passionate about Data, AI, and ML.
- Responsibilities include understanding requirements, architecting, designing, and implementing functionalities/features.
- Work with customers to translate their requirements into product features.
- Participate in agile development and large-scale scrums.
- Contribute to all phases of software development, including development and testing.
- Experience a culture of continuous learning and mentor junior members.
- Develop proof of concepts, mentor junior members, and work with various open source products.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong experience in automation tools like Selenium, Cypress.
- Experience in QA automation.
- Familiarity and experience with Java.
- Strong experience in all testing phases, working as a QA in agile programs and as part of agile scrums.
- Working knowledge in Container technologies: Kubernetes, Docker.
- Experience with Automation and Integration processes and tools like Jenkins.
- Experienced with tools such as GitHub.
- Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM-based environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing).
- Team leading and leadership experience.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience with AI & ML Technologies.
- Experience with Data Engineering, Data Governance, Data Management.
- AWS or IBM Cloud expertise.
- Awareness or past experience in Big Data technologies, Spark, streaming data.
- Track record of open source contributions.
