- Scalable Systems Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of distributed, cloud-based systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on Problem Solving: Tackle large-scale engineering challenges, ensuring performance, security, and reliability at every level.
- Resource Allocation & Execution: Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources effectively to meet technical and business objectives.

About You:
- 12+ years of experience in software development, with 6 years in leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in building and scaling distributed systems on cloud platforms.
- Strong background in Agile development, delivering high-quality software in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to mentor engineers, drive best practices, and lead technical decision-making.
