Technical Project Manager - HIS / EMR

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing implementation and service for HIS/EMR Projects. This role involves planning and executing projects on schedule and within budget while working closely with clients and employees.

Role Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement technical projects at various customer work sites, overseeing staff and subcontractors.
• Manage the delivery of large-scale, complex IT projects.
• Provide direction and guidance to the cross-functional project team.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project duration, addressing specification issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proactively deliver product and services information and project updates to customers.
• Translate customer needs and requirements into detailed project plans.
• Manage project budget, timeline, and resources to ensure successful completion.
• Ensure highest quality and performance levels for delivered products and services.
• Lead and represent the company during all customer communications.

Role Requirements:

• Project Management experience in the Healthcare Digital industry.
• Experience in Healthcare integration projects.
• PMI Certification is a plus.
• EMR/HIS experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Minimum 10 years of global Healthcare IT experience.
• Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.

Technical Expertise:

• Integration experience, particularly using FHIR, HL7 standards, and proprietary requirements.
• Familiarity with integration engines such as Mirth, Rhapsody, and Cloverleaf.
• Knowledge of Node.js, MongoDB, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of healthcare integration standards such as HL7, ASTM, FHIR, and CDA.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
