Position

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Project Finance team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is centered on developing financial models for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality financial advisory services to government and private sector clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for PPP projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist in the financial structuring and analysis of large-scale PPP projects.
  • Conduct due diligence, risk assessment, and financial feasibility studies.
  • Support senior team members in preparing and presenting financial reports and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including legal, tax, and technical experts to provide comprehensive project finance solutions.
  • Engage with clients to understand their project finance needs and deliver tailored advisory services.
  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
  • Assume the authorities assigned to him/her.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her areas of expertise.

Qualifications

  • A strong finance background with at least 4 years of experience in project finance.
  • Proven track record of developing financial models for PPP projects for government or private sector clients.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Sector experience within healthcare, real estate, and/or transport is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • CFA or equivalent finance degree.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
