As a Manager - AI, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of AI projects from inception and proof of concept to deployment. This includes gathering requirements, preparing data, training models, and integrating solutions. You will stay updated on the latest developments in the AI landscape and lead the incorporation of methodologies and technologies into projects. Your role will involve supporting clients in developing their AI strategies, identifying opportunities where AI can add value, and developing detailed project roadmaps and implementation plans to guide the organization’s AI initiatives.
Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to ensure cohesive and effective AI solution development. An important part of your role will be to communicate complex AI concepts and technical details to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner. Additionally, you will facilitate knowledge-sharing and training sessions to enhance team understanding and adoption of AI technologies.
