Position

As a Product Manager for Client Experience, you will focus on ensuring our clients have a delightful experience when working with Lean Technologies. Your role will involve managing the client lifecycle from onboarding and integration to monitoring and product discovery. You will create, own, and validate your roadmap while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams at Lean to align requirements with regulatory and market needs.

In this position, you will ensure that our Application Dashboard accommodates different client personas, such as developers integrating Lean into their platforms and CFOs analyzing payment histories and generating reports. The role requires close collaboration with other teams, as you will oversee the frameworks used by these teams to deliver products to market, including SDKs and documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for user experience (UX), design, and performance, demonstrating the ability to work confidently with quantitative data while also valuing qualitative insights and opportunities. You should have a strong understanding of operating with third-party tools to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end product lifecycles to ensure alignment with user needs, compliance requirements, and company objectives.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap for the Application Dashboard and other tools/services that promote adoption and revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the development team to translate requirements into actionable user stories and features, ensuring technical feasibility and scalability.
  • Maintain cross-functional team cohesion to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Own key business metrics and results to ensure value delivery against business goals.
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to adhere to relevant regulations.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
