As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and building the infrastructure that underpins the future of the financial ecosystem. We seek a highly motivated, resilient problem-solver who actively seeks challenges and is ready to implement compelling solutions to complex issues. This role will involve knowledge sharing across the engineering team and mentoring and coaching individuals.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Open Banking.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Scripting, and REST.
- Experience leading technical teams.
- Understanding of how to design and develop complex features.
- Experience with open-source standards and APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps systems and processes.
Soft Skills
- Self-motivated, comfortable with autonomy, and eager to take full product ownership from inception to deployment.
- Experience in startup environments.
