Product Designer

About the Job
We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design and the ability to create intuitive and visually appealing designs. As a Product Designer, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and enhance our trading platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• UX/UI Design:

  • Design intuitive and user-centric interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with the intended user experience.
  • Conduct UX research: Analyze user feedback, conduct usability tests, and stay updated with industry trends to inform design decisions.

• Product Development:

  • Work closely with product managers to define user stories, requirements, and design specifications.
  • Participate in the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring designs are implemented as intended.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

• Collaboration & Communication:

  • Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and developers.
  • Foster a collaborative design process by soliciting feedback and iterating on designs.
  • Ensure a consistent brand identity and design language across all products.

Technical Competencies and Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design within the fintech or crypto industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and final designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency trading platforms and blockchain technology.
