About the Job
We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design and the ability to create intuitive and visually appealing designs. As a Product Designer, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and enhance our trading platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Areas of Responsibility:

UX/UI Design:
- Design intuitive and user-centric interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with the intended user experience.
- Conduct UX research: Analyze user feedback, conduct usability tests, and stay updated with industry trends to inform design decisions.

Product Development:
- Work closely with product managers to define user stories, requirements, and design specifications.
- Participate in the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring designs are implemented as intended.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and developers.
- Foster a collaborative design process by soliciting feedback and iterating on designs.
- Ensure a consistent brand identity and design language across all products.
Technical Competencies and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design within the fintech or crypto industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and final designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency trading platforms and blockchain technology.
