We are currently looking for a Saudi national to join our consultancy business as a Senior Information Management Administrator.

This role is part of one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, involving a major mixed-use development that includes sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is seeking high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of this project.

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure information is managed in accordance with Mace procedures and the procedures for the system in use.
• Manage the onboarding process for Mace staff and external parties to the project system.
• Perform quality checks on new documents arriving on the system as per standard procedures.
• Create, manage, and update distribution groups to ensure information flows to the correct organizations.
• Maintain the project work package matrix and assign documents accordingly.
• Administer user access and permissions for the project system.
• Ensure processes, such as the Request for Information (RFI) process, comply with established procedures.
• Collaborate towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, proactively identifying and managing associated carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree qualification preferred (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in English is implied, but additional language skills may be beneficial for effective communication on this project.
