Position

Malt is the leading network for freelancers across Europe and the Middle East, connecting top-tier talents with high-profile clients. We are actively seeking experienced Data Analysts specialized in Retail Banking to join our exclusive network and contribute to high-impact, project-based roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in 1-6 month projects with potential extensions,
  • Support key initiatives in customer acquisition, credit risk, cross-sell strategies, and digital banking innovation,
  • Collaborate with top banks, financial institutions, and FinTechs driving data-driven decision-making in retail banking.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in Retail Banking,
  • Strong expertise in SQL, Python, SAS, Power BI, or other analytics tools,
  • Proven track record in customer behavior analysis, credit risk modeling, campaign performance tracking, or digital banking analytics,
  • Prior experience at a bank, FinTech, or consulting firm is highly desirable,
  • Fluency in Arabic is an advantage but not required.
