Position

Mastercard is seeking a Customer Solutions Center & Product Delivery Intern for the Summer of 2025. This internship offers penultimate year students an immersive experience designed to challenge the status quo and develop essential work-life skills in a global company. Interns will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of scalable, customer-centric products and gain a thorough understanding of how Mastercard develops business cases for new product opportunities, as well as taking these projects through to market launch.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time
Language Requirements: Not specified, but preference for UAE nationals indicated.

Internship Program Details:

  • Availability: Full-time from 26th May/2nd June 2025 to 8th August 2025 or late June to late August 2025.
  • Eligibility: Candidates must be penultimate year Master's or undergraduate students expected to graduate no earlier than 2026.
  • Skills Required: Innovative thinking, the ability to partner across the organization, sound communication skills, and expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
