This agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base, centered on data-driven technologies and innovation.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with experience in consultative sales across data products and analytic services. As a Senior Managing Consultant, you will generate excitement and demand for our unique solutions and form lasting partnerships within the Retail & Commerce and Fintech & Digital segments. You will manage business development activities in Saudi Arabia with direct revenue and sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage business development activities for Services.
  • Refine the value proposition of new and existing Service capabilities for executives.
  • Serve as the face of Mastercard Services to senior-level client stakeholders, including C-Suite Executives.
  • Develop value-driven narratives and customized presentations for new business pitches.
  • Coordinate within demand generation, marketing, and specialist sales teams across Services business lines.
  • Take ownership of the sales process from prospecting through executing contracts.
  • Partner with account leadership to support their strategic imperatives for target accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to drive innovative solutions for clients.
  • Contribute to the development of intellectual capital and manage assignment knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in consultative sales across relevant industries such as Retail, Telco, Digital, Travel, and Fintech.
  • Strong commercial drive and ability to build relationships with senior clients.
  • Experience in end-to-end sales processes.
  • Excellent networking and communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to frame customer opportunities in financial terms.
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree recommended.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
