Delivery Consultant - Private Sector

About the Job:
As a Delivery Consultant focused on the private sector at McKinsey & Company, you will be instrumental in helping organizations implement transformative strategies and enhance their organizational and employee capabilities. You will manage technology consulting engagements primarily for financial services clients, encompassing solution design and implementation to ensure the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key Technology decision-makers to understand their IT transformation needs and strategic priorities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a structured approach to identifying and resolving complex technology problems.
• Contribute to the firm’s knowledge base by codifying learnings and sharing insights with project teams.
• Participate in your own development by attending training programs and collaborating with inspiring partners.

Qualifications:

• An undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, math, or a related field with an outstanding academic record.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the business/private sector, showcasing achievements and a commitment to personal growth; international experience is a plus.
• Beneficial experience in Financial Services across banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or public finance.
• Strong understanding of technology and digital advisory, particularly in IT transformation, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and data transformation.
• Proven ability to define and implement digital strategies aligned with clients' goals.
• Experience managing and delivering small to medium-sized projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills with a strong client service orientation.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel, predominantly within the Kingdom.
