As a Senior Delivery Consultant - Digital at McKinsey & Company, you will drive lasting impact and build long-term capabilities with clients, particularly in the financial services sector. You will be involved in technology consulting engagements for financial services clients, managing solution design and implementation to ensure the delivery of high-quality technology solutions. This includes building relationships with Chief Experience Officers (CXOs) and key technology decision-makers to understand their needs and strategic priorities. You will develop comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and strengthen the firm's knowledge base by sharing insights and learnings from projects.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, math, or a related field with a strong academic record.
- 4+ years of business experience with a proven record of achievements; international experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in financial services (banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, public finance) is beneficial.
- Experience in technology advisory and implementation, particularly focusing on IT transformation and modernization.
- Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of digital transformations, enabling strategic value-driven technology strategies.
- Proven ability to manage small to medium-sized projects and implement strategic initiatives within financial service organizations, including process re-engineering and cultural change management.
- Superior problem-solving and relationship-building skills with a commitment to client service.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel predominantly within the Kingdom.
