Cloud Solution Architect - Data & AI

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Data Platform & Advanced Analytics/Artificial Intelligence Cloud Solution Architect to drive high priority customer initiatives on the Microsoft Azure Platform in collaboration with customers and the Microsoft field in the Enterprise accounts segment of our business. This is a customer-facing role, owning the overall technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft Data, Advanced Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence Platform. You will own the Data Platform & Advanced Analytics and AI technical support including architectural design sessions, specific implementation projects, build MVPs, and troubleshoot to prevent issues while supporting the building of more efficient systems with the Well-Architect framework.

Responsibilities

• Leads the adoption of Microsoft offerings based on analysis and differentiation of Microsoft and competitor products.
• Drives the team in operating and optimizing complex situations for strategic customers/partners.
• Manages business and technical risks, adapts methodology, and applies governance to minimize risks.
• Proactively uses deep knowledge of offerings, practices, products, and services in customer/partner conversations.
• Creates opportunities to expand or accelerate cloud consumption.
• Ensures the customer/partner's applications have minimal points of failure.
• Owns complex customer/partner relationships to lead the removal of technical blockers.
• Acts as the voice of the customer (VOC) by driving new feedback, insights, and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, and related areas OR equivalent experience.
