About
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Data Platform & Advanced Analytics/Artificial Intelligence Cloud Solution Architect to drive high priority customer initiatives on the Microsoft Azure Platform. You will collaborate with customers and the Microsoft field in the Enterprise accounts segment of our business. This is a customer-facing role, owning the overall technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft's Data, Advanced Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence Platform. You will be responsible for providing technical support, including architectural design sessions, implementation projects, building MVPs, troubleshooting issues, and developing more efficient systems using the Well-Architected framework.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
- Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications) is preferred
- 2+ years of experience working on technical projects
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Responsibilities
- Support research projects and contribute to scoping surveys for customers/partners to assess potential intellectual property (IP) needs and process changes
- Identify opportunities for IP reuse and consumption acceleration
- Share ideas, insights, and technical input with virtual team members
- Independently identify issues and advise customers/partners on optimizing performance
- Understand competitors' architectural solutions and identify Microsoft's strengths
- Consult on technical solution design, development, and deployment, supporting customers throughout the implementation to achieve value outcomes
