We are seeking a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) to serve as the primary delivery lead for our strategic enterprise customers. Your role will empower these clients to maximize the value of Microsoft products and services throughout their transformational cloud projects. You will utilize your technical expertise, business acumen, and industry insights to ensure end-to-end post-sales delivery and provide support orchestrated across the Microsoft and Partner ecosystem. Responsibilities

  • Build and coach others on customer, partner, and internal stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Identify, navigate, communicate, and influence key customer technical, business, and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver strategic roadmaps in partnership with stakeholders and executives to address customer outcomes.
  • Leverage data analysis and customer feedback to monitor and mitigate blockers to consumption.
  • Drive conversations that align customer objectives with Microsoft’s offerings.
  • Partner with customers to manage consumption holistically across the entire portfolio and develop Customer Success Plans (CSPs).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 12+ years in customer success or related experience.
  • OR Master's Degree in a relevant field AND 10+ years of experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in the customer industry.
  • Microsoft or competitor equivalent certifications (e.g., AWS) in relevant technologies.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management certification.
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification.
  • Prosci or equivalent change management certification.
