Position

Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. As a Lease Operations Program Manager (LOPM), you will play a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services, including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. This position is responsible for managing and aligning the operations of Lease Data Centers within the assigned sub-region, ensuring effective risk management, seamless communication, and operational consistency. You will serve as the primary liaison between local and regional leadership while supporting personal and professional development through various training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Host biweekly meetings for Critical Environment Field Service Engineers (CE FSEs) to review risks and issues.
  • Oversee holiday coverage and manage handover processes to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires and provide guidance for professional development.
  • Prepare and present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in monthly regional meetings.
  • Serve as the unified voice for LOPM, communicating critical messages to stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for local CE FSEs regarding operational issues.
  • Strengthen collaboration and knowledge-sharing among CE FSEs in the sub-region.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for regional Lease Provider representatives.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

  • Academic Degree or Diploma with industry experience in mission-critical service management.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft’s security screening requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineering Degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience in a 24x7x365 Critical Environment or related experience.
  • Familiarity with Data Center processes and tooling.
