Oracle Cloud is seeking a Technical Program Manager to manage the Dedicated Regions (DRCC) and Alloy validation program, aiming to mitigate risks for customers and Oracle in large-scale dedicated cloud engagements. The role involves collaborating with in-region sales teams to clarify the shared responsibility model for DRCC or Alloy environments. This position entails complex, non-routine work that applies advanced technical and business skills within this specialization. The candidate will lead as an individual contributor and team member, providing direction to others while exhibiting leadership skills and strong business judgment.
Responsibilities
- Communicate data center and deal qualification requirements to in-country sales teams.
- Collect feedback from customers and/or sales teams to ensure compliance with standards.
- Deliver validation reports to the executive team, identifying risks or exceptions and driving resolutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive alignment on product features, business metrics, and business strategies.
- Assist in developing short-, medium-, and long-term plans for strategic objectives focused on customer and partner adoption.
- Act as the voice of customers and partners with Oracle’s cloud engineering teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) across all levels of an organization.
- Experience with cloud services and data center networking.
- Understanding of the cloud competitive landscape, including customer priorities and challenges.
- Proven ability to drive programs and projects to completion.
