Position

The CEMA (Central Europe, Southeast Europe, Middle East, and Africa) Global System Integrator (GSI) Partner team is part of Microsoft's Global Partner Solutions (GPS) initiative. The primary mission is to expand the strategic influence and growth driven by our largest GSI partners across various solution areas and priority Enterprise industries. As a Partner Development Manager, you will join the CEMA Global Partner Solutions team, committed to building and selling Microsoft Cloud applications, services, and devices. Your role will focus on driving significant growth and change within our partner ecosystem, leveraging your extensive knowledge of the technology industry and competitive landscape to empower teams in expanding our network of world-class partners.

You will have the opportunity to work with complex partner organizations, building relationships at the C-suite level, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve intricate issues. Qualifications
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field AND extensive experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering business and technical topics clearly to internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven history as an effective negotiator with strong influencing skills
  • Ability to confidently interact with Executive Leadership Teams
  • Experience in Consultative Selling and managing pipeline and sales opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Establish long-term partner recruitment strategies and optimize partner portfolios
  • Lead creation of strategic visions and business plans ensuring alignment with Microsoft’s goals
  • Act as a sales manager and coach for the team through pipeline management
  • Identify market opportunities and drive team efforts to position Microsoft as an industry leader
  • Develop deep relationships with complex partners and provide training to ensure understanding of priorities
  • Focus on team development, mentoring, and succession planning
