Senior Cloud Solution Architect - Data & AI

About the Job: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Data Platform & Advanced Analytics/Artificial Intelligence Cloud Solution Architect to drive high-priority customer initiatives on the Microsoft Azure Platform. In this customer-facing role, you will own the overall technical relationship between customers and the Microsoft Data, Advanced Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence Platform.

You will be responsible for providing technical support for Data Platforms and AI, conducting architectural design sessions, implementing specific projects, building MVPs, troubleshooting, and enhancing system efficiency using the Well-Architected Framework.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Working Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Lead the adoption of Microsoft offerings and influence industry architecture.
• Optimize complex situations for strategic customers in collaboration with internal teams.
• Proactively use knowledge of Microsoft offerings to propose and develop solutions.
• Create opportunities to expand or accelerate cloud consumption.
• Ensure the customer's applications minimize points of failure.
• Identify customer trends and map solutions to business outcomes.
• Develop and sustain relationships with customer and partner stakeholders.
• Influence product roadmaps based on customer feedback.
• Participate in external technical community events and share learnings internally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, or related fields.

Language Requirements: Not specifically stated, but strong communication skills in English are implied given the customer-facing nature of the role.
