Position

As an Azure Data & AI Specialist covering our key accounts in the enterprise segment, you will lead solution sales within our business. You will manage a virtual team of technical, partner, and consulting resources to advance the sales process, achieving and exceeding quarterly Azure revenue and usage targets in your assigned accounts.

You will serve as a trusted advisor and infrastructure subject matter expert with core capabilities in database migration and modernization, data warehousing, AI, and cloud economics. Your role will involve assisting customers in evaluating applications and business requirements, recommending appropriate solutions, and demonstrating these to facilitate decision-making. Supporting customers in overcoming deployment roadblocks and ensuring satisfaction will be key components of your responsibilities. You will help clients leverage our unique platform and leading infrastructure solutions to realize the value of digital transformation.

Location: Multiple Locations, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions:

  • Up to 50% work from home
  • Travel: 25-50%

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to introduce how our workloads could enable digital transformation aligned with their industry.
  • Collaborate with team members to discover new opportunities and drive incremental revenue growth through campaigns or internal sources.
  • Interface with customers to build relationships, utilizing social selling techniques.
  • Identify customer business needs and technical readiness, proposing solutions that prioritize their needs.
  • Implement strategies to accelerate deal closures in collaboration with team members.
  • Manage customer accounts effectively, including planning, opportunity qualification, and deal negotiation.
  • Solve customer problems through cloud technologies and communicate the business impact of proposed solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Required: 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred: 8+ years of relevant experience; OR Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of solution sales or consulting services sales experience.
