We are looking for Technical Support Engineers with previous experience in handling International clients over Voice, Email, and Chat platforms.

What We Appreciate

Ability to create a good level of rapport with the customers by replying to their queries in a timely fashion.
Understanding client needs and helping them choose the pricing plans as per their requirements.
In-depth understanding of the product and its position in the industry.
Strong verbal and written English skills.
Experience in a Customer Support environment.
Minimum 2 years of Experience in Email/Chat Support.
