We are looking for hardworking technologists to join our Pre-Sales organization to ensure our growth is grounded in strong technical alignment with our platform and our customers’ needs. As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will guide customers in crafting and building reliable, scalable systems using our data platform. This role involves close collaboration with sales representatives and direct responsibility for customer success, including software design, deployment, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design systems, applications, and infrastructure to drive software development projects using MongoDB.
- Advise customers on optimal architectures and strategies for MongoDB.
- Articulate the business value of MongoDB solutions.
- Support sales activities including technical discovery, demos, and documentation of technical decision criteria.
- Collect and relay feedback from customers to the Product Management team.
- Participate in industry trade shows and account-based marketing events.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of pre-sales experience with enterprise software.
- Proficiency in two or more modern scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, SQL, C/C++, Java).
- Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in selling databases or deploying applications with major cloud providers.
- Knowledge of database programming and models.
- MongoDB Certification.
Work Conditions:
This position operates under a hybrid working model, with candidates based in Dubai.
Language Requirements:
English proficiency is expected, additional languages would be considered an asset.
